This Privacy Policy describes how the Timetable mobile application (the "Application" or the "Service") collects, uses and discloses information. This Privacy Policy applies to the Application and to all users of the Application (the "User" or "you").
By downloading, installing or using the Application, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Application.
The Application does not require registration and does not request, collect or store any personally identifiable information such as your name, date of birth, postal address, telephone number, email address, contact list, photographs, files, payment details or biometric data.
Preferences and selections that you make within the Application are stored locally on your device, remain under your control at all times, and are not transmitted to us.
In order to provide its core functionality, the Application retrieves publicly available information from external sources. Such requests contain only the parameters necessary to obtain the requested information, together with standard connection data that is processed by the operator of the relevant resource.
Certain features of the Application are optional, are disabled by default and are activated only upon your explicit action. Where an optional feature requires content submitted by you to be transmitted to a third-party provider in order to produce a result, such content is processed solely for that purpose and is not used for any other purpose by us.
The Application does not collect, request or track precise or approximate geographic location data.
The Application does not display advertising, does not build advertising or behavioural profiles, and does not share information with advertising networks or data brokers. The version of the Application distributed through Huawei AppGallery does not collect the advertising identifier of the device.
In the event of an error in the Application, technical information may be collected on your device and transmitted to third-party services in the form of diagnostic data ("Log Data"). Log Data may include information such as the device model, the operating system version, the version of the Application, the configuration of the device when using the Application, the time and date of the event, and technical details of the error. Log Data is anonymised and is used exclusively to identify and correct faults and to improve the stability of the Service.
The Application does not use cookies.

The Application also uses a third-party remote configuration service in order to receive operational settings. That service receives only a technical identifier of the Application and does not receive any information relating to the User.
We do not sell, rent or trade information relating to Users. Information may be disclosed only where required to do so by law, or where disclosure is necessary to comply with a lawful request of a competent public authority, to enforce applicable terms, or to protect against legal liability.
Information stored locally on your device is retained until you clear the data of the Application or uninstall it. Diagnostic and analytical data processed by the third-party services listed above is retained in accordance with the retention periods established by those services.
You may delete all information stored by the Application at any time by clearing the Application data in the settings of your device or by uninstalling the Application.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to request confirmation as to whether information relating to you is processed, to request access to, rectification or erasure of such information, to object to or request restriction of its processing, and to withdraw any consent previously given. Requests may be submitted using the contact details set out below.
We value your trust in using the Service and therefore apply commercially acceptable means of protecting the information processed. Transmission of information between the Application and external resources is carried out over encrypted connections. However, no method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is one hundred per cent secure and reliable, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
The Service may contain links to other sites or applications. If you follow such a link, you will be directed to a resource operated by a third party. These resources are not operated by us, and we therefore strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of any such resource. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party resource.
The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. In the event that it comes to our attention that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete that information without delay. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that a child has provided personal information, please contact us so that we may take the necessary action.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are therefore advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on this page. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when this Privacy Policy was last revised.
